Day 1

Arrival at Srinagar Airport Meet assistant and proceed for Pahalgam. Check into a Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 2

Morning After Breakfast proceed for Pahalgam Local. Admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings. You can also enjoy a pony ride to nearby places like Chandanwadi (on a direct hire basis) or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Lidder. Day 3

Srinagar Gulmarg

Today proceed to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is located at an average elevation of 2,690 m (8,825 ft). Spend the day witnessing the picturesque locales like the Golf Course (Golf kit and caddy charges optional & extra). Also take the exhilarating cable car ride to Khilanmarg Snow Point (Gondola ride up to Khilanmarg is not included in the package and Gondola ride strongly depends on weather conditions) Have a comfortable overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 4

Srinagar Local & Shikara Ride

After Breakfast proceed for Local sightseeing at Srinagar. like Nishad Garden, Shalimar Garden, other garens Pari Mahal etc. In the evening enjoy shikara Ride in Dal Lake at Srinagar. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 5

Srinagar to Katra

Early morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed for Katra. Check into the Hotel. In the evening Proceed for Maa Vaishnodevi Darshan .

Day 6

Vaishnodevi Darshan

Early Morning After Darshan with Blessing of Maa Vaishnodevi Trek down to Katra. Overnight stay at Katra

Day 7

Proceed for Amritsar

Early morning enjoy delicious breakfast, and proceed for Amritsar. Check into a Hotel. In the evening, visit India-Pakistan Wagah border and watch the famous retreat ceremony which is performed at this place every evening before sunset. Overnight stay at Amritsar.

Day 8

Amritsar Local & Wagah Border

Early morning after breakfast, & proceed for Amritsar Local sightseeing like Golden Temple, Jaliyan wala bagh, Durgiana Temple then Drop at Railway Station Catch Train at 4:50 Pm and proceed for Delhi. Pickup From Delhi Railway station at 10:00 Pm and proceed for Hotel check into the Hotel.Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 9

Same Day Agra & Fatehpur Sikri

In the morning after breakfast, depart for the historical and romantic city of Agra. In Agra, you will visit 'Taj Mahal', the epitome of romance, and one of the most visited monuments in the world. You will also visit the majestic Agra fort- where the Mughal emperor ShahJahan spent his last few years. Then Proceed for Fatehpur Sikri. Overnight stay at hotel in Agra. Note: Taj Mahal is closed for visitors on Friday. In case you happen to reach Agra on Friday, we will plan your Taj Mahal visit on Saturday morning.

Day 10

Delhi Local & Return Journey

In the morning after breakfast. Check out from hotel and proceed for Delhi Local sightseeing in the Evening Drop at Delhi Airport for your Return Journey with Sweet memories of The Tour.....

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators
Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .
Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note -
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
